Hmong American Community of Oregon (HACO) is dedicated to empowering Hmong youth from Oregon and Southwest Washington. These young people are often asked to grow up faster than their peers, taking on responsibilities such as interpreting for elders and caring for younger siblings, all while navigating the complexities of balancing their cultural heritage with the demands of simply being a kid. In response to these challenges, HACO is committed to supporting youth as they explore their personal and cultural identities by providing them spaces to build community and relationships.
